Patent / Utility Model Appeal; The appeal made for the patent / utility model application is 6 months from the date of publication of the patent / utility model application. Patent / utility model applications are published in the Official Patent Bulletins issued by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Institue on a monthly basis. An appeal may be filed for a published patent / utility model within six months from the publication date.
